RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges may be made within 15 days of the original order for any reason if the item does not work in your particular situation. I also offer custom sizing if the lifts happen to be too wide for your needs. I can do this for a .00 charge and will NOT charge you additional shipping and handling. Shipping the item back is the responsibility of the customer for both exchanges and custom work. Example of an exchange…If you order a pair or 2 inch lifts and they are too big for your shoes and you feel that a pair of 1.5 inch lifts will work better. You send the 2 inch pair back (you paying the S&H) and I send you in return a pair of 1.5 inch and I pay the S&H. It is an even exchange meaning the price difference may be a dollar or two but credit for the difference is not issued because the original pair has been used and must be destroyed.
Returns may be made within 30 days of your order and you will be credited the full amount if in unused condition less shipping and handling. Products that are damaged or worn for an extended period of time will be credited half of the purchase price. If shipping was complimentary the normal shipping charges will be charged to your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. To return an item we will need a copy of the invoice that is sent to you with your order. If you have lost this please let us know what day you ordered as well as your name so we can look it up.
Your return will be credited within two weeks once it has been received. You will receive your credit on the credit card which the transaction was originally made on. If paid by check, cash or money order you will receive your credit in the mail by check once the original check has cleared the bank.
